These Terms of Service govern your use of ProPath Consulting and its services. By accessing and using our website, mobile applications, and professional services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana and internationally. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. You must not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights
• Reproducing or distributing content without permission
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes related to professional development, project management training, and certification preparation. Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, course curricula, training modules, certifications, trademarks, and intellectual property available on our platform are the exclusive property of ProPath Consulting or its licensed partners. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio content, video materials, and software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent from us. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action. Your purchase of our certification programs grants you access to the training materials, but does not transfer ownership rights to you.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. We do not assume responsibility for delays, failures, or inaccuracies caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to access our services immediately ceases, and you must cease all use of our platform and materials. We are not obligated to provide notice before termination, except as required by applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon termination initiated by you, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive.
